Contacting the BDC for Additional Support
To discuss the relief measures that the BDC has implemented, please contact your BDC account manager. You can inquire if your business is eligible for principal payment postponements at this time. You may also use the BDC’s Advisory Services for support in reviewing your financial management and operations. Please note that due to the high volume of calls, the BDC is working hard to increase its capacity.
Accessing the BDC Information Online
While BDC business centres are closed, their employees are available to you online. You can access your Client Space account via BDC.ca for financial requests and to speak with your account manager. This Client Space is available 24/7 and can be accessed via BDC.ca.
Updating Entrepreneurs with Information
The BDC has created an information hub about COVID-19 for entrepreneurs. The website will be regularly updated with financial solutions and other tools to help you during this difficult time.
