Vincent Wang

Vincent joined Prasad & Company as a Senior Tax Manager in 2025. With a CPA, CA with a specialization in Canadian taxation, Vincent advises owner-managed businesses and their families on tax planning and compliance. He works with entrepreneurs and private company groups on matters ranging from annual corporate and personal filings to complex corporate reorganizations, succession planning, as well as M&A transactions.

He also advises on international tax considerations that commonly arise for Canadian taxpayers with international ties.

With a strong background in the real estate industry, Vincent has a particular focus on real estate tax. His industry experience gives him a strong commercial understanding of how real estate businesses operate – from acquisition and development through refinancing, disposition, and distribution.

Vincent brings a strong accounting and corporate finance foundation and a disciplined, analytical approach to tax problem-solving. He is known for clear communication, responsiveness, and a detail-oriented style that clients and advisors rely on for technical files.
