Manjusha joined our firm in 2021 as a Senior Tax Accountant. Prior to joining our team, Manjusha was also a Chartered Accountant in India, and brought over a decade of professional experience with her. Working with the Big Four in Indian tax compliance and advisory contributed towards her vast knowledge in corporate tax planning, cross-border tax planning, in-bound and out-bound investment strategies, transfer pricing, tax representations, complex tax return preparation/reviews, representation before appellate authorities, as well as exchange control compliances/planning. She has completed Part I & II of the CPA In-Depth Tax Course and is pursuing Part III to achieve her CPA designation in Canada.
After gaining several years of practical experience in accounting and tax services, Manjusha provides support and collaborates on files related to preparing and reviewing T1, T2, T3, T4/T4A, T5, T1134, T1135, T2054, T2057 filings, among other things. With her tax compliance expertise, she strives to find the best tax solutions for her clients. In addition, she works closely with the assurance and tax team members to provide support for special projects such as tax reorganizations, tax residency/treaty matters, compilation engagements, owner manager compensation planning, succession planning, and estate/post-mortem tax planning.
