Pramen Prasad is the Managing Partner at Prasad & Company LLP. He has over 35 years of experience in public accounting with concentrations in traditional accounting, audit, tax services, and business advisory services. Pramen is a Licensed Public Accountant (LPA) and is a proud member of the Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) of Ontario, the Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) of British Columbia, the Canadian Tax Foundation, and the Toronto Board of Trade. From 2001 to 2005, he was a member of the Practice Inspection Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Pramen also proudly sits on the North American Advisory Board of Alliott Global Alliance.
Pramen has extensive experience in advisory services for privately-held companies and their stakeholders. He has helped numerous international companies establish their businesses in Canada. He has also helped Canadian companies successfully expand their businesses to the U.S. Pramen advises on complex issues such transactional due diligence, as well as shareholder and matrimonial mediation.
